Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email once payment is authorized. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limits — and will refund any amount charged if we do.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed.

Subscriptions & Membership

The Pure Cartel Membership is a recurring subscription. When you join, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each delivery on the frequency you select — every month, every two months, or every three months — at the member price shown at checkout.

You control your membership from your account: change frequency, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time.

Billing

You authorize Pure Cartel and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for orders and recurring membership deliveries. If a payment fails, we may retry or pause your membership until the payment method is updated.

Membership Renewals

Membership renews automatically on your chosen schedule until you cancel. We send a reminder before each renewal so nothing is ever a surprise. Cancelling stops all future renewals; it does not refund an order that has already shipped.

Shipping

We ship across the United States. Standard shipping is free, and orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Products should be unused where possible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Pure Cartel name, logo, product design, photography, and copy — is owned by Pure Cartel and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pure Cartel provides the site and products "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Privacy

Your use of Pure Cartel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
